The two-story building called WellSprings consists of six 1 bedroom apartments each with a separate study
and two 2 bedroom apartments on the second level with a separate study also.
(The study is another room, but without a closet.)
Each apartment has been wired in each room for digital cable (broadband internet), as well as two lines of phone service.
WellSprings is the second building of its kind in the area.

An Energy Star certified project completed for the fall 2008,
WellSprings has a totally state of the art Geothermal heating system as well as the latest lighting technology
which significantly reduces utility costs for the tenants as well as our reliance on fossil fuels.
One of the benefits of geothermal is the ability to also provide air cooling;
we expect to be able to later make air cooling available, a first for housing in the area.
The building envelope exceeds requirements, for insulation and soundproofing.
The window systems are the most energy efficient available.
WellSprings is sprinkler ready; when the village adopts a sprinkler ordinance,
we intend to have our building online with the most advanced fire safety system in the area.
Each apt has a separate entrance to a common area where there is a laundry center for tenants.
Located on S. Windsor St., in the village of South Royalton just a few minutes walk to Vermont Law School
and minutes away from White River Jct., Lebanon, Hanover area.
