The three-story building called WellSprings consists of 10, 1 bedroom apartments each with a separate study
and two 2 bedroom apartments on the second level with a separate study also.
(The study is another room, but without a closet.)
Each apartment has been wired in each room for digital cable (broadband internet), as well as two lines of phone service.
WellSprings is the second building of its kind in the area.
