We manage and maintain housing located in towns geographically in the center of the state. Most units are just minutes from the services and distractions of the Woodstock, White River Jct., Lebanon, Hanover areas.
Please bear with us as we try to find you suitable housing 
(sometimes before our current tenants know their future plans!)   
We do NOT rent to students exclusively, though VLS's admission schedule has student-tenants feverishly searching for housing 5 months prior to the lease start!
